After a well deserved break in Spain, I came back refreshed to join up with Torpedo TF for the final two games of the season.
Unfortunately, our opponents didn’t show, handing us 3rd place in the table. Another plus on the night was that we played a friendly and I got a rare run out and bagged a goal! Hopefully next week, we’ll have a competitive fixture where we can finish the season in style and turn a relatively poor start into a pretty good showing overall.
And with it being the end of the season, I’m sure it will be accompanied by a few celebratory beers and start planning for promotion in the next campaign!
